The location is nice, besides when you try to turn left onto Peachtree. Its absolutely impossible most of the day. Ive lived here for two years, and I am happy with my apartment- its a nice size, and I have had very minimal problems with maintenance. I am not happy with the fact that dozens of cars have gotten broken into since Ive been here. And those are just the cars that are on my level and that I know about. There are cameras but apparently they are just for show. Because of all of the break-ins, and the fact that the gate is not working alot of the time, I would say this is not a good place for females to live by themselves. What if you were coming home while people were breaking into cars'' The leasing office has done absolutley nothing about this problem either. I know living in the city is expensive, but if you have to pay a little more to ensure your own safety, I think it would be worth it. If your neighbors play their radio or music at all, youll be listening with them.
