Reuters-Once prestigios rental property, 1660 Peachtree Street Apartments, now housing Atlanta's criminals. The Fulton County Sheriffs Office has purchased the property due to the fact that most residents were already a part of the "system". FC Sheriffs and Atlanta Police were forced to open a Police Sub Station in the Community Room. The departments were spending too much money on extra staff to carry out the daily routine of delivering court summons and arresting the trashier side of the apartment tenant hierarchy. Don't bother applying for an apartment if you don't already have a prison ID number from the Fulton County Jail.

The review could not be more on-point. The residents have ruined the complex.
