I have lived here for 9 months and have not personally experienced any crime. There have been a couple incidents that I know of, but you will find that in most places. There is now a security officer on duty and he patrols the gates at night. All of the residents that I have run into seem perfectly nice. Location is great, but it can be difficult getting in and out of the building. If you live on the Peachtree St. side of the building, the street noise is very, very loud. Noise from neighbors is minimal. I like my apartment - crown moulding and fireplace is very nice. It's great having your own washer and dryer. The bedroom is big and all other rooms are adequate. Staff is okay - they seem more interested in getting new residents than taking care of current residents. It's nice to have a pool, but it is shady much of the time since it is surrounded by the buildings. All in all, I think that the pros outweigh the cons for me... so far.
