I just read through a couple of comments from people who didn't feel safe...I have no idea what they are basing this on! I've lived in the complex for 3 months. I'm a single woman, 26, who (gasp!) walks her dog at night in the complex - and I've never felt unsafe in any way. My apartment has been great - quiet, in good condition. I have had one maintenance request and it was taken care of quickly. I think, for the location and quality, it's the best deal you can get. I searched for months before reaching the decision to move here. The landscaping is so pretty; I live on the first floor overlooking a courtyard. The pool is great - plenty of seating and very pretty.
Perhaps the people who feel unsafe would feel more comfortable OTP...
