My guess is half of you punks wouldn't be happy no matter where you lived (especially in the city). NEWS FLASH punks!! THERE IS CRIME IN THE CITY!

I am a single female and I've lived at 1660 for a year and I LOVE IT. The grounds are beautiful, the maintenance staff ROCKS and the location is primo. My only complant are the nasty folks on the ground levels (they seem to be too lazy to take their garbage to the dumpster, maybe waiting on mommy to do it).

I moved here from Dunwoody, GA and guess what THERE WAS CRIME THERE TOO. If you are looking for a place to live that is picture perfect with NO CRIME...Move to Mayberry.

That is a very good point. Crime is rampant throughout all of Atlanta. Nobody will escape the crime rate by moving into an in-town apartment.

Hate to say it but I've lived here for over five years and I can tell you ... you are wrong... the crime has dramatically increased here over the last 2 years adn a good friend lives in a complex less than a mile from 1660 with no crime

1660 Renter, lucky and good for the friend who lives in the complex with no crime. Just because it hasn't happened to him or her and their community hasn't kept them abreast as ours does, doesn't mean it's not happening. The crime increase has nothing to do with the property itself. No one is waving a flag saying hey thieves, over here!! Crime increase is a citywide issue, and it does not discriminate addresses or sides of town (midtown vs. east point, etc.). I wish people would get that through their heads.

Crime is everywhere in the city, yes, but the incredibly rude and incompetant staff at 1660, just adds insult to injury.
