I've been here for about 3 months and am miserable. The ceilings creak. I hear every footstep of the people above me. My neighbors blast their music all the time and have no consideration for those around them. The complex is located next to 75/85 and Amtrak train station, so I usually fall asleep to the sounds of cars, ambulances, trains, and people partying in the courtyard. Most of the people here are sketchy. I've already witnessed a few drug deals in the parking lot. There have been three car break ins and 2 apartment break ins since I've been here (only 3 months!!). I tried getting out of the lease but the management is unsympathetic and I will be stuck here until next June. If you like noise, drugs, and crime, this is your ideal place.
