If equity wants to pay for my moving cost and the $250 transfer fee...by all means, I would do it. However our lease will be over sometime soon, so we will finally be out. I just feel bad for everyone else who will still be living there and deal with Equity's crap. On top of that if you live on any other floor except for ground...good luck with moving your stuff. Since the parking deck was ill-designed, you can't get a small UHAL into the garage, so you have to haul EVERYTHING from the first floor. UGH!!
