under rated From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I read the ratings after signing my lease. I think this place is under rated. I am very happy with my choice. Its in town, fairly cheap(cheapest in town for a 1 bed). The only downside is the traffic....its next to impossible to get in or out of the complex due to the 85N entrance.
