I lived at 1660 for almost 5 years. I am in the process of changing some things with my career so I decided to leave 1660 and move to a cheaper, yet larger, apartment a little furhter out while I determined my career moves and possible relocation out of state. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! After leaving, I only then began to appreciate 1660. I know anyone can find faults with an office staff, they are only human. But - after dealing with my current office staff, I would recommend 1660 JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR STAFF! They really do care about their residents, they keep accurate office hours, and requests are always followed up on. They also have an amazing on-site maintainence staff that desserves a reward for all their hard work. They are there on weekends, late at night, and will do whatever it takes to fix your problem. The units themselves are nice, and based on my current living situation, are very secure and amazingly well-kept! I would pay the moving costs, and all the costs associated with moving to go back to 1660!!!! If you have that many complaints about an apartment, try living someplace else and I bet you'll see that you too took it for granted. Remember that we're all human, and mistakes do happen; but its the better person that can correct it, learn and move on!

Bored today waiting on a flight, I check out my review that I wrote here over a year ago. My firm has since transferred me to London - but I will say that I am neither a loser, crack, hooker or liar. Great word choice though. I still stand by my review - it was what it was when I posted it a year ago.

As much as I could complain about 1660, it is A LOT better than the last complex I lived at. And despite all the claims of violence etc against 1660, it still is leaps and bounds better than my last place.
So in that regard, I do agree with the original poster
