Great place to live! Overall great value. Don't be discouraged by a particular staff member.

I lived at 1660 Peachtree for a year, and unfortunately i had to move because my roommate had to relocate because of his job. Overall i loved he place and wished i could have stayed another year. It's very convenient and the best value I've found in Atlanta so far. Don't be discouraged if a particular office staff member happens to help you. Trust me you'll know who she is as soon as she opens her mouth. She's extremely passive-aggressive and can suddenly become ignorant when it's beneficial for her (i.e. when it comes to $ and probably her commission). You'll know it's her after a minute or so of talking to her. Anyhow, other than that the place is great! The maintenance staff rocks! I never got the maintenance guy's name, but he is great. This place is kinda loud as far as road noise and from the Amtrak station across the interstate, but i got used to it after a few days and eventually you don't even notice it. I think over the year that i was there they had 3 or 4 break-in's in the parking garage, but hey that's Atlanta and you're gonna run into that pretty much where ever you live in the city.
