1660 Peachtree

I have lived here for 2 long years and I can't wait to get out, anyone who has written a good review for this place must have either just moved in or work for equity apartments. In case you didn't know this complex is managed by Equity Apartments, a publically traded co., I'm told this is why my rent increase for my second year was $122 a month. Then if you try to go talk to the management about it, or any other issue, she is completely rude and unaccomadating... by hanging up on you or threatening to tow your vehicle... the ones that don't get stolen. This brings me to the next issue: THEFT/CRIME. In the 2 years I have been here there has been a theft nearly every other week, several assaults in the parking deck, oh yea and a shooting (last weekend). When something does get stolen you might as well just write it off because their "courtesy officer" is usually sleeping in his car or busy locking up the pool 2 hours early and their surveilance system is completely useless (watched the truck who stole my $8,000 atv, back right up to the camera and couldn't read his tag #). By the way I was told by the management that they don't claim to provide security to their residents. The apartments aren't bad but they're not worth the price and the terrible management.
