You may get a move-in special, but plan to move out at the end of it because they will make up for that special (and then some) if you stay with them.
Oh, and apparently, you should be thankful that they only increase your cost of living by (almost) 15%--$150/month because the office staff acts offended if you tell them this is unreasonable.
FYI, the average apartment increase in Atlanta is just over 5%, possibly more if you include publically traded properties. With this information, they still claim you should be thankful for their increase (that is almost triple the average apartment increase in Atlanta.
