i do agree with the previous post that the management is unwilling to help and RUDE.

if you have a complaint or concern, they act as if it is NOT their job to even take note of it.

the new office manager is awesome and friendly, but everyone else seems to act like you are just wasting their time.

the main maintenance guy is also rude, and whenever he changes our air filter he DOESN'T care if he stains your carpet with dirt! he acts as if you should be thankful that he actually showed up. one of our utilities started acting up and when he came to "fix" it, he acted as if i was an idiot while i was answering his questions and he kept on cutting me off while i was talking. he also acted as if it was not broken...

whatever, i plan to move out after my lease is over. i would rather live further away from work that have to deal with people like this.

maybe the place would be worth your money if the workers here showed a slight sign of willingness to help.

for the money i pay for rent there should be security for even just the parking deck. i frequently get notices of break-ins or STOLEN CARS! you would think the location is safe, but i guess not!




the only pro's for this place would be the parking garage.
