I would not recommend living here. It's absolutely disgusting - the hallways look as though they havent been cleaned in years, the bathrooms having cracking tiles that are poorly calked and now are growing mold, the gate entrance is awful since both guests and residents go through the same gate (unless you want to spend 50 bucks for a clicker that lets you go around everyone in line) and that's AFTER you figure out how to get in to the complex since traffic is so terrible on peachtree st. its been extremely frustrating to live here.
