I have lived at 1660 Peachtree for several years, and I must say that the residents writing these reviews must be whiny, spoiled brats. The best thing about this property is the location-- right in the middle of Midtown and Buckhead and close access to the major highways. I will agree that the manager might initially come off as "rude" however once you get to know her you will realize that she is simply a policy and procedure kind of woman. She just wants to make sure that she follows all the rules, ultimately she's trying to protect her job (can you blame her in this economy') by being consistent and fair. If you do what you're supposed to do (i.e. pay rent on time, respect your neighbors, and clean up after your pets/guests) you really shouldn t have a problem with her. I come into the leasing office frequently and the manager and leasing consultants are ALWAYS pleasant and friendly towards me and my roommate. Whenever we have had issues they have been genuinely interested in helping me resolve any problems. The leasing girls are really sweet and they aren't fake and robotic like most leasing consultants that are obviously just trying to get your money. Overall I have a great experience at 1660 so I wouldn t necessarily make a decision based off these reviews.
