I will never rent from an equity community ever again. The staff at 1660 is horrible. Be very careful when renting here. They will lie to your face and once you sign you are unimportant to them and a waste ... more

as i looked over the reviews before the one i am writing now, i can most definitely say that i disagee w/ everything except the speed bumps (they are the worst!). but, other than that, i LOVED living in 1660!!! ... more

I am now going on 4 months living in this complex and I'm still enjoying it. I can see why some of the previous complaints were written. I agree that the speed bumps are NOT the answer to tailgating. Tailgating ... more

The manger is the worst

This got to be the most unkindly Apartment I should have just moved on Bankhead in the projects dont move here I'm moving this week I'm breaking the lease bye
