I moved into the lofts a couple months ago, and I was blown away by the large amount of space and i'm in the smallest floor plan!! I absolutely LOVE this place, Stainless Steel Appliances, Hardwood Floors, Granite Counters and not to mention 5 minutes(if that) walk to Publix, Target, the movies, i counted over 20 restaraunts and even more retailers. Yes, the rent is high but look at what you get. You're in Atlantic Station, above retail stores. Publix actually walked my groceries to my apartment! I absolutely love the gated parking. Its fenced in from the ground to the ceiling. My only complaint is the West Elm store, my neighbors and I have to hear the bass from their music ALL day, and they are ABSOLUTELY Rude asses in that store, the managers have no right being managers. I wouldn't refer anyone to West Elm, they are HORRIBLE!
All in all, I LOVE my loft. As for the other poster saying its not kid friendly, well, hello this is a loft in an upscale area, with stores and restaraunts, where exactly would you put kid stuff' From what i was told these were originally $500,000 condo's that were just converted into rental units.
Hands down this is the BEST place to Live.

Your argument for not being kid friendly can't possibly be because it's in an upscale area!?!
I will say that you are in the same building as the leasing office (and by the sounds of it, the same floor), so they make sure it looks good there for new clients. Take some time out one day and visit the other building. It's night and day. Plus, you should probably give it atleast 6 months. At 2 months, you still have that new home feeling and are still getting settled in.
With that said, you are right, the sqf is large for the money and being in Atlantic Station has it's advantages.

I live in the 11 bldg and have been there for the past year. I have been there for the last 9 months. I have seen people come and go. It was a little touchy at first however the girls have really cleaned it up since then. Would love if they could do something about the carpet in the hallways. Other than that it is up to us residents to keep the bldg up outside of the dailing cleaning that is done. I was also a transfer from 10 to 11 and there is no difference now. I have a good friend in 10 so I am in that bldg all the time. Go get screwed and stop complaining.
