The management to this place is ridiculous!!! Please explain the point of signing a Lease Contract! Management is now trying to charge all residents for an additional utility under the name of HVAC. Mind you, I have read the entire Lease Contract and there is not a section stating that residents are responsible to pay HVAC per sq.ft. It does state that we are responsible for metered electric. When asked about the HVAC, management seems to change their story everytime. People, don't be fooled and don't let them take you as a sucker! You are NOT required to pay for this ridiculous bill! If you don't belive it, contact an attorney and see what they tell you. I've worked in the apartment industry for several years and I know they are trying to pull a fast one over the residents due to their initial mistake. But wait, theres more... The hallsways are always dirty, carpet filthy, it smells like Sewer constantly. What a great impression for our visitors!!! Let see what else, oh yea, maintenance can't seem to fix a simple garbage disposal. Oh yea and the construction right accross is just awsome at 5am! I'll leave it at that. I'm currently looking for a new place. It such a bummer because the units ARE nice and the locations is great. Too bad the management is NOT!!!
