This is THE worst place in all of Atlanta to live and its so sad because the units are actually really nice. The hallways look like ----. It is a horrible 1st impression for your guest. There are gang signs on the walls that I have reported several times. The fire alarms go off every other day (they seem to have a handle on that but only time will tell). The FEDS have ran up in here on more than 1 occasion. The hallways reak of marijuana and the carpet is atrocious. Management is not consistent. I recently found out that they have let several people out of their lease and have not charged them termination fees. So you know what that means' We can all leave at any given time and not have to pay a dime thanks to Fair Housing Laws. The apartments leak crazy. Don't believe the hype about Atlantic Station does not have water intrusion problems because they do. They were poorly built and you will have leaks in the most unlikeliest places. The crime in this area is ridiculous. I saw a man get shot in front of the building 2 weeks ago. They had the whole area locked down. Oh and the HVAC is a crock. They are now charging people per square foot. So you could not be home all month and you will still get a HVAC bill b/w $150 and $400. That amount is not including your actual electricity and water bill. That money sucks up the pennies you think you are saving living in the city and not paying for gas because you don't have to drive as much. They said 2 months ago they were installing meters. -- told me personally it was being done but it hasn't because I still got another one of those ridiculous bills. The craziest part is when you ask management about it -- gives you some stupid lie and I know its a lie but I listen and so does everyone else because she obviously thinks we are idiots. She is the worst manager ever and needs to be replaced immediatly. Her incompetence in running this property shines thru and it makes this community a horrible place to live. I have been looking at alot of other communities who's product may not be as good but the level of service, ammenities, and cleanliness makes it worth wild. We pay an awful lot of money here and you get nothing for it outside of your apartment. There is no gym but they try to sell you on LA Fitness and their reduced rates. They are not reduced. Everyone knows when you go to LA Fitness the lowere the initiation fee anyway. You still have to pay the $35 each month. So you can't sell that to me as an ammenity because I still have to pay for that. there has been 1 resident function since I have been here. They didn't do anything all summer. The communty is being ran by amatuers and it is sooo obvious. I'm getting the hell out of here and I do not advise anyone to move here until they get their ---- together. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
