this property is a big waste of money and location, meaning for this area 17th street lofts should offer more than an downtown address, we are paying for nothing but lies from the property manager, the staff is cool but manager has lied about a few things, the latest being, they are charging us 11 cents per sq. foot for hvac, it didnt matter that i was gone for 24 days of the month of july. my hvac bill was over $300.00 and manager said i was only paying an third of my bill the first few months, which means my hvac bill should be $900.00 plus dollars, what kinda bs is that!!!! beware it's not worth the money, lane co needs to get rid of the manager, add some amenities and fix the hvac problem. if you call them they will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease and if you do sign add $400.00 on top rent for utilities.
