Wow. This has been the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life! Talk about a high priced dump, this place is Getto central. From constant loud parties, to shady residents, to shootings, to throw up and used condoms in the elevator, to hookers, to Gang members, to construction noise, to sneaky utility rate spikes, to unfixed maintenance issues, this place is by far the closest thing to He** I have ever experienced. Please spare yourself and do not move here. My car has been broker into twice while in our "secure" lot, I have seen two shootings, I have witnessed countless drug deals, and even saw two individuals haveing oral sex in the hallway. If you want to pay an extremely high rent and live among thugs and gang members with a horrible management company, then by all means this is your spot. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Anybody that reads the above and takes them serious is crazy as well...I have lived here almost a year and had not ONE OF THOSE ISSUES....NOT EVEN CLOSE...They make it seem like this is "new jack city" are you freaking kidding me c'mon !! Either they just got evicted or had a bad day etc...get over it..the place is not that bad at all especially in comparison to many places in the city...GET REAL !!

No it really is that bad. The last response was obviously posted by management. This place is horrible. I can not wait till my lease is up so I can get the hell out of here. I do not recommend any one move to this horribly managed ghetto. Whats really sad is management knows how bad it is and they do nothing about. All the money you pay in rent and you think they would hire a professional cleaning crew for the building. Instead they have a little spanish lady (who wears no uniform so you really dont know who she is) who walks around and barely speaks English. This poor lady is responsible for cleaning the buildings and apartments. There isn't enough hours in the day. I know of 2 cars that were stolen and 1 thats was vandalized and management never notified us as they should have. I could go on and on this place is just the worst. I know when you live in an apartment things are going to happen. Its not just what happens but it is how those things are handled. The representatives for Lane Company poorly handle many many things. And for those reasons they are loosing so many residents. Everybody can't b wrong and they are right. Think about it and gather the facts before you move in. People here are very vocal so ask anyone comin in or out of the bldg and they will tell u DON'T DO IT!

Wow - can't individuals have their own opinions? Positive or negative - that is the point of this website. My experience has been bad as well - disrespectful neighbors, loud parties and the hallway has a constant stench of stale pot. From my experience, it is a bunch of immature residents with a mix of other residents with a criminal background and inability to pay rent.

I hate it when people compare expensive areas such as this one to the ghetto. Put your ass in the REAL ghetto for one week and you wouldn't even last a day. Be grateful or just keep your mouth shut and leave. There are no such things as $2,000 in the ghetto, ignorant bastard.

And I hate when it when ignorant asses get online and shoot down other people's opinions. If the guy/girl had a bad experience then that was their experience. And are you serious? No such things as $2,000.00 in the ghetto? I'm sure you mean apartments because if you're saying the ghetto doesn't have 2,000.00 dollars SOMEWHERE in there, then you're the ignorant bastard. Oh, and by the by, try living in NY, NJ or Cali...I seem to recall it being MORE expensive to live out there and they do have REAL, LIVE ghettoes. Wow, imagine that.
