You can't beat the convenience of this place. We have a grocery store, restaurants ( other shopping) as well as a Marta Bus stop directly down the block. We even have a couple of schools around the corner. But I can't agree more with the previous review.

I am here to confirm the validity of EVERYTHING that this person has stated. Loud at times, neighbors speak very little English (if at all). Kids, kids, kids....some of them run around in here and don't even live in this damn complex.

I happen to reside is the original building (before the others were built around it) and I must say, it needs some serious work. You call the rental office; which is located in the Darlington (YEAH, THEY OWN THAT PIECE OF CRAP TOO), about five times before they deem it necessary to come fix your maintenance problems.

Let's just say you had a massive leak coming from the upstairs apartment....the leasing office will take a week to send out they're carpet cleaning services...meanwhile you're living in the moldy stench. The pipes are shot to ----.

Also, lets say that your AC isn't working....you clearly see the black soot like material staining the walls outside of all of your vents.......maintenance will come and -------- for a couple of hours to validify their paychecks, but they won't get your vents flushed. Instead they'll give you a window airconditioner thats only strong enough to cool the CORNER or the room that its in.

Lets talk about this newly imposed water bill. All water used by the complex is split between the residents. You have to pay by the square footage and not by how much water you actually use (meaning the people that rent the 2 bedrooms pay more than the 2 bedroom occupants). This makes sense...sort of...but check this ---- out. Some of these apartments are housing five and sometimes six people at a time. Im pretty certain that they use much MUCH MUCH more water than to two people living in my unit...yet we still pay more'''

Give me a ------- break. Even if I didn't take a shower or wash one dish in a months time, I would still have to pay a water bill.....CRAZY.

The neighbors definitely don't respect your space. I have neighbors next door planting all types of ---- in the yard that is directly behind my unit. They are ruthless. They congregated behind the units(back where most of the bedrooms are located) talking loud at all hours of the day and night. Its ridiculous.

Don't move here....you're setting yourself up for a major let down.
