I wouldn't move there - I lived there from 2008-2010 for two years. I moved to a different unit and there was bed bug issue. They took care of it at the end but I had a newborn and we had such horrible time until all the bed bug was gone. Noise level etc. was fine and we enjoyed the nice pool and quiet neighbors but wow the manager name Katrina was the worst ever.
