06/02/14 by anonymous: This apartment complex is not a good move. When I moved in the place had roaches. Also, I had maintenance issues that no one responded to the request. I had to get a family member help with the issues. Why? My question exactly. When I moved, it was the best relief. The experience there was HORRIBLE!!!!! I would not recommend this complex to anybody. Even after my move, the management experience more

05/07/14 by anonymous: The complex is now called Bell Lenox Park. The apartment complex is not bad but for what it is charging for rent, I expected more. The apartment complex has a great location. There is a gate that leads to Lenox Park. I only have some minor complains about the apartment complex. There is a room where people can go and use the complex's computers and printer but the printer is forever out more

09/04/14 by sapphire07: I have lived at this location for 2 years. Initially , everything was perfect. The office staff was amazing. If I had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of same day. However, ever since they switched to the Atlantic and Pacific mamagment things have gone down hill. Donna and her entire team never have time for the guests. She's rude, and extremely impatient. The only time you hear from more

07/23/14 by anonymous: Ok, so, here it goes. I am a female young professional and have lived here for the past 2 years. I am moving out in September to save money. If I could afford to stay, I probably would. Pros: -Location: the location is pretty bomb-ass. I have often walked to home depot, target, starbucks, waho, smashburger, the bank, taco mac, and more! You can also walk to Lindbergh marta and take the train more

09/03/14 by anonymous: I have lived at Vinings Palisades for a year and have found it to be a safe, pleasant community. Management is wonderful - best service I have received since I have been renting for the past 3 years. Maintenance is super responsive and I did not experience many issues at all. Overall, well managed and maintained. A nice, affordable choice for the pricey Vinings area. more

06/15/14 by anonymous: Don't be fooled by the new renovations. SMOKE AND MIRRORS! Yes, the new renovations look great, but as usual, the cheapest possible. No fire sprinklers in new reno, sewage backups, unfriendly leasing staff after you move in. Repairs have always been band-aid fixes. Sound travels right through walls, floors and ceilings. SECURITY - HA, you are on your own ... There is a security person, more

09/22/14 by India1217: The ABSOLUTE worst place I've ever lived. Not only is the leasing office staff rude but they really could care less about your issues in your home when they aren't there. The people that actually live in the apartments aren't much better. I won't say everyone but a lot of the ppl could care less about their neighbors. I've had to call police three times on two different more

09/26/14 by Verified Resident: Overall this is a good place to live. Within walking distance to all the Buckhead area bars as well as the nicer restaurants in the area. Visitor parking area has had some crime issues but since that time it appears that security has been hired to monitor the area. Everything you really need in an apartment with some nice additions like the outside community grills. more

06/30/14 by anonymous: I usually don't write reviews but write this because my experience here has been that bad. Where to start.... Murder, cars being broke into, dog crap in the halls, paper thin walls, the fact 100 Atlanta art institute kids use this are their dorm, the crappy 3 feet deep pool, the loud renovations, the dumpster they placed in my back yard, the fire alarms going off repeatedly at night on more
