07/22/14 by anonymous: The property is large and the units are spacious. However, the routine maintenance promised never takes place. I've had to call to have my filters replaced. They arbitrarily schedule inspections, will fine you if they can't complete the inspections, you arrange your work schedule and no one shows. Most of the staff is mediocre at best and others down right rude, unprofessional and more

12/27/13 by ladybonniebug: I have to agree with everything the former reviewer wrote. I moved into this apartment complex a year ago into a shared 2 bedroom apartment. This is by far the nicest place I have ever lived, the pricing is ridiculously affordable for what is offered. The apartments have high vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, cool lighting fixtures... My guests are always wowed by the gym, more

06/16/14 by totallynatural2: The Lake is nice and overall the neighborhood is quiet. The people who live here are nice and some have been here over 20 years. The walls and thin. The AC does not work well. The dishwasher does not work well. There are 5 pools and none of them are open. We have made multiple requests for an exterminator- none have arrived. The garbage is not managed well it is always overflowing and cats more

05/01/14 by DE2GA1913: I am a transplant to Atlanta, I moved to Park at Briarcliff, which is now Ashford Druid Hills, back in June 2013. When I first went apartment hunting, the ones that they showed me were very nice, but of course they were models. When I came back to sign my lease and get a 1BR, they tried to put me in one that I would consider the basement. It looked very dangerous. more

05/07/14 by anonymous: The complex is now called Bell Lenox Park. The apartment complex is not bad but for what it is charging for rent, I expected more. The apartment complex has a great location. There is a gate that leads to Lenox Park. I only have some minor complains about the apartment complex. There is a room where people can go and use the complex's computers and printer but the printer is forever out more

06/02/14 by anonymous: This apartment complex is not a good move. When I moved in the place had roaches. Also, I had maintenance issues that no one responded to the request. I had to get a family member help with the issues. Why? My question exactly. When I moved, it was the best relief. The experience there was HORRIBLE!!!!! I would not recommend this complex to anybody. Even after my move, the management experience more

06/22/14 by anonymous: Please please PLEASE do not move here. I feel it is my obligation as a human being to warn you about the 'luxury' that is Townview Station. I have lived here a little over two years and at first things were fine. We were under the management of 'the Connor Group' and things were far from perfect (they kept charging us too much in rent/fees, the staff was rude, they did not keep more

06/30/14 by anonymous: I usually don't write reviews but write this because my experience here has been that bad. Where to start.... Murder, cars being broke into, dog crap in the halls, paper thin walls, the fact 100 Atlanta art institute kids use this are their dorm, the crappy 3 feet deep pool, the loud renovations, the dumpster they placed in my back yard, the fire alarms going off repeatedly at night on more

01/27/14 by anonymous: I have lived at Eon since the summer of 2012. The unit itself is very nice. However that is the only nice thing I can about Eon. I have written letters to the leasing office, stopped by to talk to the staff and concierge about issues, but nothing is ever done about anything. There is parking, but not guest parking. And many of the residents insist on taking up more than one spot right more

07/08/14 by anonymous: This review is specifically about the awful customer service and common sense from one of the leasing agents, in particular the -------- lady siting on the right side of the office once you walk in. who looks like the most unhappy woman on earth. I was referred here by a friend who lives there, to check a 1 bedroom and the minute I walked in with my friend this lady was the rudest person from more
