Park at Briarcliff Apartments

1491 Druid Valley Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30329

05/01/14 by DE2GA1913: I am a transplant to Atlanta, I moved to Park at Briarcliff, which is now Ashford Druid Hills, back in June 2013. When I first went apartment hunting, the ones that they showed me were very nice, but of course they were models. When I came back to sign my lease and get a 1BR, they tried to put me in one that I would consider the basement. It looked very dangerous. more

The Flats

450 16th Street, Atlanta, GA 30363

05/07/14 by babemigmig: The worst place I have ever seen. NEVER RENT THAT PLACE. TAKE IT SERIOUS. I don't really know where should I start the story. First I entered the room all the floor was covered with the previous tenant's long dark hair as you see in the pictures. They did a carpet cleaning that just made them wet more disgusting and they refused to remove the disgusting hairs!!!! Second the internet more

CityWalk (formerly known as Renaissance Walk)

171 Auburn Avenue Notheast, Atlanta, GA 30303

02/03/14 by anonymous: To anyone interested in leasing here... please reconsider all thoughts and run as fast as you can. I've lived here for only 6 months and I've gone through 2 management changes and haven't seen a leasing agent that has lasted longer than a month here. They're extremely rude, inconsistent, and if you EVER have to talk to anyone in the office... good luck. Their phones more

08/08/14 by anonymous: I have lived here for about three years, I moved here because it's a "gated community" howwever; the gate has not worked in OVER a month, which was a result over several thiefs!!!! Oh yeah, the location is great, the stuff is OKAY.... more

Moores Mill Village

2453 Coronet Way NW, Atlanta, GA 30318

07/31/14 by anonymous: Don't waste your money because this place sucks. But if you like living in the midst of roaches, waterbugs, mold, crackheads, noisy neighbors, theives, drug dealers, and bums who keep asking you for money, then this is the place for you. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, there was a shootout that happened while I lived there in which my car got hit with so many bullets, more

08/01/14 by BuckheadBound: NOTHING IN THIS COMPLEX WORKS. The majority of the washing machines in the laundry room are always out of order. The entry gates are always broken, you can not let visitors in or use your access card on all the gates to enter. The access card does not work on all the entry gates or the entry door to your building. You can not park close to your building because there are so many broken down more

Allure in Buckhead Village (formerly Alexan Buckhead)

360 Pharr Road, Atlanta, GA 30305

08/25/14 by Verified Resident: When I first moved into the apartment, management was courteous and responsive. My maintenance requests were completed within 24 hours. The new management barely speaks and does not respond to issues quickly. Poor customer service!!!' more

Ansley at Princeton Lakes

3871 Redwine Road, Atlanta, GA 30344

08/12/14 by anonymous: I have lived here ten months and have found this to be an excellent place to call home. The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments were built only about five years ago and were well built and have been well maintained. I hardly ever hear my neighbors - everyone seems to respect each other here. The grounds are well maintained and security here is excellent more

Columbia Crest

1810 Perry Boulevard NW, Atlanta, GA 30318

06/01/14 by snmartin03: So I decided to give it a few months and nothing has changed. Columbia Crest is horrible place to stay. After management would not help me, I went to corporate to speak to Tracy Adams about my complaints and she even had a attitude with me. The machines in the workout area STILL do not work and they refuse to fix them. So if living a healthy lifestyle and working out is important to you then I more

08/27/14 by aantich: I moved in July 22 and it was the worst decision ever. I have had several maintenance issues that have not been fixed. There is a mold issue, i actually have to threaten to call environmental services for them to even begin to fix the mold issue. And there is a foundation issue, every time it rains my apartment gets flooded, and by flooded I mean 2-3 inches of standing water throughout my entire more
