I have lived here for just under a year and can honestly say that the pros outweigh the cons. The layout for the 2 bed 2 bath is awesome and multileveled so it feels like a townhouse. The front door opens right to the parking lot so it makes it really easy if you have a dog to walk and don't like walking up and down stairs or taking an elevator every time your dog needs to pee.
