Worst apartment experience ever - I lived in these apartments from 2003-04 and had a spacious apartment for $569/mo. but we found after a few months that there was some serious water damage in the kitchen cabinets and a constant moist spot on the carpet in the dining area--so much so that we had horrible water-attracted pests and MUSHROOMS even grew out of the floor in the kitchen!
