Good if you are OK with old Buildings - I live here still and I love my apt. but you do have to put up with some quirks that are unique to older buildings. The parts. themselves are charming, and the courtyard is pretty, but the thing that really keeps me here is the neighborhood. it is beautiful and if you have pets, it´s awesome.
