01/22/13 by dfortune7: This place was renamed The Ava about a year ago. Around the time of the rename a new management team took over (same management company). I am nearing the end of my third year living here and the new property manager has done an exceptional job of turning this place around. I would have left this place at the end of my previous lease, but the new manager was already shaping the place up at more

09/03/14 by anonymous: I moved here 11 months ago. I like it. The apartment is big and has a good floorplan. The rent is very reasonable. The surrounding area isn't great, but the community is gated and has a security guard on site overnight. It stays pretty clean. There is some kid noise and loud music, but nothing too bad. Kids are going to play and be loud. The office staff is nice. Only cons so far: Office more

04/06/06 by anonymous: I was forced to move just like everyone else because they are tearing down the entire complex to make way for condos. I found the people at Stoneridge to be very helpful in finding me a new apartment. more

08/21/13 by anonymous: Excellent location and super helpful, professional friendly staff--like Paprice! Right off MARTA line. (bus #129). Maintenance team responds promptly to issues. Apartment layout is great. Noise level very low, and I'm on the third floor. more

07/09/14 by anonymous: This place is awesome! Staff extremely helpful. I had an issue, the maintanence staff was very helpful and prompt. The leasing agents are always friendly. Pool is awesome! Quiet environment and neighbors aren't loud. Definitely glad there was a new ownership. Close to Buckhead and affordable for the area. AC is always working. If you don't believe me, come by and ask the current more

01/10/08 by anonymous: Horrible management sucks!!! The train is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Century Lofts is not worth your stress! No one stays for very long understandably. a cardboard box looks like a better place. At least you know what you are getting into. more

06/25/12 by anonymous: I have lived at Defoors Ridge for 2 years. When I first moved in, things were great. Our leasing agent was fast, reliable, lived on site, and was extremely good with customer service and care. When she got promoted, we got a new agent, the current one, and things started going downhill. She is extremely nice, but very slow with things. She neglects to tell us things more

05/17/09 by anonymous: The Collier Green community cares about one another. The management staff is responsive and the pool and grounds are outstanding! This gated community is located very close to the Buckhead entertainment area as well as Georgia Tech and Georgia State University. From studio units to townhomes with garages, this community is one to check out! more

06/22/04 by anonymous: I am not as happy as the anonymous entry on 6/2/04. There is lots of NOISE from the hundreds of homeless and rejects who walk up and down Renaissance Pkwy NE and Piedmont Road.
I am also always asked for $$$ when walking to Publix or Walgreen's.

The rent here is way too high and there is NO MANAGEMENT on duty.

I miss Ms. Lorraine Wolfe. more

08/12/14 by chjang: This is my first place I've lived when I moved to Atlanta. Probably the best thing 1280 West has going for itself is the location. Honestly, it can???t be beat. I go to school at SCAD, which is a great 17 minute walk from the apartment, and it???s literally across the street from the Arts Center station, which makes going to the airport a breeze. DaVinci???s, a great pizza joint, is right more
