06/25/12 by anonymous: I have lived at Defoors Ridge for 2 years. When I first moved in, things were great. Our leasing agent was fast, reliable, lived on site, and was extremely good with customer service and care. When she got promoted, we got a new agent, the current one, and things started going downhill. She is extremely nice, but very slow with things. She neglects to tell us things more

This gated community is located very close to the Buckhead entertainment area as well as Georgia Tech and Georgia State University. From studio units to townhomes with garages, this community is one to check out! more
06/22/04 by anonymous: I am not as happy as the anonymous entry on 6/2/04. There is lots of NOISE from the hundreds of homeless and rejects who walk up and down Renaissance Pkwy NE and Piedmont Road.
I am also always asked for $$$ when walking to Publix or Walgreen's.
The rent here is way too high and there is NO MANAGEMENT on duty.

01/27/13 by NOBULL101: We lived here for a few years from old owner to current owner, moved and visit often. Walk around to each building to see upkeep before moving in. A savvy person can tell what is resident laxity and what is not from the unswept stairwells and breezeways weeks after trees shed. Front grill sights of messy landings of clothes on hangers and junk boxes and gym stuff and so forth. It took ages more
12/30/06 by anonymous: This place was okay. I personally did not have any maintenance problems and I got along well with the staff. The apartments are HUGE and very up to date. Looking back on my stay there, I had three major problems. One, the noise from 285 was obnoxious. The easy solution of course is to not live on that side. Two, the apartments have a covered entryway and all kinds of bugs and more
08/23/14 by anonymous: Be wise and advised when renting here. *Staff is not the most educated, knowledgable, competent, friendly or empathetic. *The community is gone thru a renovation currently. For the the entrance, the curbs have been painted black, asphalt black, and mulch is black. Guess what they forgot to fix? The lights! It's pitch black at the entrance. I think management and owners are clueless when it more

We lived at these apartments for 14 months and absolutely LOVED living here. I have no idea why anyone would say these apartments are not kid friendly when there are so many young HAPPY children playing on the communal grass area and more
