03/26/05 by gte121v: The worst office staff (including corporate) that I have dealt with.
We were evicted with everyone else because the place was sold.
Cool thing is that we didn't have to pay the last couple of months of utilities because the new owner didn't want any friction and just took care of it!! more
06/25/13 by Jesse05: I have lived in the Barclays for right at a year now and couldn't be more pleased with my apartment choice in the Dunwoody area. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to Dunwoody. The location is a very short drive away from Perimeter Mall and not to mention there are plenty of great restaurants just up North Shallowford/Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. The more
08/13/13 by anonymous: RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY...First of all, this is supposedly a condominium: but the majority of the building is subleasers, mainly to students who behave like it's a dormitory. HOA is full of "sweetheart deals" of gaudy furnishings purchased at the behest of some "effete" young man whose Mommy owns several units. Drug use is rampant and ignored: halls reek of more
05/05/14 by JKM30274: **These apartments are now called Legacy** I would not recommend using this apartments based on my experience dealing with the administration. I submitted an application and never received a response. I went to pick up my holding money ordered 8 days later and was curious as to why no one made contact. The 2 'ladies' working on Sunday 5-4-14 were very rude, interrupted each other when more
12/08/13 by anonymous: This is one of the worst places I've ever lived in. The management staff is very nonchalant about their residents concerns. The maintence staff is non existant. There's one main maintenance guy and if he's not around you could be waiting a long time for your issue to be addressed. The plumbing and wiring in these apartments are horrible. I thought maybe I just got a bad apt, but I more
05/26/10 by anonymous: Management is AWFUL. Only one of the washers work in the laundry facility, and it has been that way for over a year. The outside lights do not work, so it is really dark behind the building at night and numerous cars have been broken into. There has been a hole in my ceiling for months, and every time it rains my room floods, management has known about this for six months. The list more
07/09/14 by anonymous: Horrible. They call it Park 225 apartments now. I had cats in my ceiling. Yes cats in my ceiling. The maintainance come in all the time unannounced and destroyed my property, then they tried to not reimburse me. Three weeks later the cats were destroyed and it took me to threaten a suit in order to get semi reimbursed. So now after a month, the cats in my ceiling are gone, but they left fleas more
03/10/14 by anonymous: NO!! First time renting here and I can't wait to move! Horrible neighbors! Didn't realize that this apartment complex was under section 8 program which makes it even worst. Floor boards need to be replaced big time because you can hear your neighbors walking, conversations, and TV. I am willing to pay the extra $400 in rent just to move to a new environment! more
09/19/05 by eboxt: My wife and I have been living in StoneCourt for almost 2 years now. Yes, we have seen some bugs, but we've seen them everywhere else we've lived. The management is nice and the new management seems very nice as well. It's a well lit place with lots of families! Great place to live! more
07/22/13 by anonymous: Staff is unprofessional. My advise, get everything you agree upon in writing or they will deny the conversation ever happened. Although the unit appears as if you would not hear your neighbors, I often hear arguments and loud music on a regular basis. The elevator's interior appearance is embarrassing. For $950 per month I would expect no graffiti and lights missing. more
