Looking back on my stay there, I had three major problems. One, the noise from 285 was obnoxious. The easy solution of course is to not live on that side. Two, the apartments have a covered entryway and all kinds of bugs and more

A savvy person can tell what is resident laxity and what is not from the unswept stairwells and breezeways weeks after trees shed. Front grill sights of messy landings of clothes on hangers and junk boxes and gym stuff and so forth. It took ages more

I think its because kids were out of school. The layout is ideal for roomates and it's mostly updated. I like that there's security, I havent heard of anything bad happenening. Maintenance: always late to fix a problem, i've had my more
07/07/11 by anonymous: My husband, daughter(who is now 4 years old) and I have recently just moved out of Dunwoody Trails Apartments because we have been relocated to Washington. We lived at these apartments for 14 months and absolutely LOVED living here. I have no idea why anyone would say these apartments are not kid friendly when there are so many young HAPPY children playing on the communal grass area and more
03/26/05 by gte121v: The worst office staff (including corporate) that I have dealt with.
We were evicted with everyone else because the place was sold.
Cool thing is that we didn't have to pay the last couple of months of utilities because the new owner didn't want any friction and just took care of it!! more
03/15/11 by anonymous: Ive posted on here a week ago, but for some strange reason only my pictures of mold showed up. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I have lived here for a year and it has been 11 months too long. The 1920's charm soon turned in to mold, and bugs, and paper thin walls with neighbors constantly partying, smoking weed, and having sex. The "oh not so bad walk inside" turned into a more

Parking deck is crumblling and damaging cars. Entrance doors locks stay broken in lobbys for years (a real security concern). Dogpark is a giant poop collection ect. I could go on and on. Unless more
11/14/12 by anonymous: I have lived here for 2 years. Some good, some bad and some things to work on. My experience is based solely on living in the main building. Good: -Interesting layouts and floor plans -Convenient locations/great neighborhood -parking -Neighbors generally decent(you can sometimes score some great stuff that people leave in the front walkway when they no longer need them) -on-site laundry and more
06/25/13 by Jesse05: I have lived in the Barclays for right at a year now and couldn't be more pleased with my apartment choice in the Dunwoody area. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to Dunwoody. The location is a very short drive away from Perimeter Mall and not to mention there are plenty of great restaurants just up North Shallowford/Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. The more
