Looking back on my stay there, I had three major problems. One, the noise from 285 was obnoxious. The easy solution of course is to not live on that side. Two, the apartments have a covered entryway and all kinds of bugs and more
05/23/14 by april0311: These are the worst apartments you can live in the rent office staff comes off ok when u are doing ur application but believe me when i say ITS AND FAKE they dont care they hardly answer the phone when u call and the maintance takes up till two or three months to fix anything they will tell u they didnt get your work by the time they come u will have done put in 20 work orders i just moved from more
01/27/13 by NOBULL101: We lived here for a few years from old owner to current owner, moved and visit often. Walk around to each building to see upkeep before moving in. A savvy person can tell what is resident laxity and what is not from the unswept stairwells and breezeways weeks after trees shed. Front grill sights of messy landings of clothes on hangers and junk boxes and gym stuff and so forth. It took ages more
12/08/13 by anonymous: This is one of the worst places I've ever lived in. The management staff is very nonchalant about their residents concerns. The maintence staff is non existant. There's one main maintenance guy and if he's not around you could be waiting a long time for your issue to be addressed. The plumbing and wiring in these apartments are horrible. I thought maybe I just got a bad apt, but I more
03/26/05 by gte121v: The worst office staff (including corporate) that I have dealt with.
We were evicted with everyone else because the place was sold.
Cool thing is that we didn't have to pay the last couple of months of utilities because the new owner didn't want any friction and just took care of it!! more
11/14/12 by anonymous: I have lived here for 2 years. Some good, some bad and some things to work on. My experience is based solely on living in the main building. Good: -Interesting layouts and floor plans -Convenient locations/great neighborhood -parking -Neighbors generally decent(you can sometimes score some great stuff that people leave in the front walkway when they no longer need them) -on-site laundry and more
08/23/14 by anonymous: Be wise and advised when renting here. *Staff is not the most educated, knowledgable, competent, friendly or empathetic. *The community is gone thru a renovation currently. For the the entrance, the curbs have been painted black, asphalt black, and mulch is black. Guess what they forgot to fix? The lights! It's pitch black at the entrance. I think management and owners are clueless when it more
08/13/13 by anonymous: RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY...First of all, this is supposedly a condominium: but the majority of the building is subleasers, mainly to students who behave like it's a dormitory. HOA is full of "sweetheart deals" of gaudy furnishings purchased at the behest of some "effete" young man whose Mommy owns several units. Drug use is rampant and ignored: halls reek of more
07/22/13 by anonymous: Staff is unprofessional. My advise, get everything you agree upon in writing or they will deny the conversation ever happened. Although the unit appears as if you would not hear your neighbors, I often hear arguments and loud music on a regular basis. The elevator's interior appearance is embarrassing. For $950 per month I would expect no graffiti and lights missing. more
05/26/10 by anonymous: Management is AWFUL. Only one of the washers work in the laundry facility, and it has been that way for over a year. The outside lights do not work, so it is really dark behind the building at night and numerous cars have been broken into. There has been a hole in my ceiling for months, and every time it rains my room floods, management has known about this for six months. The list more
