10/30/13 by anonymous: Ugh!!! This place sucks. Trash everywhere and grounds unkept. Old abandoned TVs and sofas are left at the dumpster for weeks. Neighbors use porches to dry clothes and mops. I feel like I live in the ghetto. The water pressure sucks and you freeze to death while taking a shower in a trickle of water. I constantly hear my neighbors stomping around and kids screaming outside my window. It is not a more

03/10/14 by anonymous: NO!! First time renting here and I can't wait to move! Horrible neighbors! Didn't realize that this apartment complex was under section 8 program which makes it even worst. Floor boards need to be replaced big time because you can hear your neighbors walking, conversations, and TV. I am willing to pay the extra $400 in rent just to move to a new environment! more

09/19/05 by eboxt: My wife and I have been living in StoneCourt for almost 2 years now. Yes, we have seen some bugs, but we've seen them everywhere else we've lived. The management is nice and the new management seems very nice as well. It's a well lit place with lots of families! Great place to live! more

08/22/13 by anonymous: My husband and I were at the Windsor for just a year and are sorry to leave. We found the leasing staff to be very nice and helpful. However, like other commentators, be warned about fees and lots of them. Our rent went up roughly $300/ month AND they added on an additional monthly fee for site maintenance (isn't that why we pay so much in rent?) It is very, very quiet. If more

09/30/14 by anonymous: The location of the community is what sold me on this property. The building is old so there are always problems! When submitting a maintenance request be prepared to submit the request more than once before its completed. Also, the heating & AC unit only works in one room, so be prepared to burn up in the summer & freeze in the winter & dont be alarmed when u have the electricity bill to prove more

09/05/11 by anonymous: The fees that management charges are outrageous. NOwhere else in Atlanta apartments will you pay 200$ a month for water.(and thats JUST the water fees) That's what the Bennington charges. They say its because of the city be we all know that's total BS. The elevators are just horrendous and you WILL lose a lot of time waiting for them. The exercise equipment is constantly broken and service more

08/08/13 by anonymous: Been here for quite some time... slowly going further down hill. New management is a total nightmare. The former property management was at least customer centric. The office has unrealistic office hours for residents... new flash most people work from 9-5, how can we get packages and items? Staff sends our community nasty grams about not properly placing trash in the compactor or not picking more

09/04/09 by sokhlee@hotmail.com: I am a condo owner and used to live for a year. I saw some negative reviews here but I didn't find any specific problems yet. (1)Sometimes, I heard some noisies from upstairs but those were very rare and the general neighborhood is quite and nice. (2) The parking is designated for condo owners and enough area of non-designated parking is available for renters. (3) The office staffs are more

08/15/13 by anonymous: Overall, I like the apartment complex, as the office staff is very professional and courteous and lives up to its reference of having Five Star Customer Service. However, there are a few things that I do not like: 1. While there is a functioning gate, it does not serve the purpose, as multiple cars can enter following each other because it stays open too long. I have count up more
