This place is amazing! It is by no means a palace but it has the basic necessities. I am young female and I feel as safe as I can possibly in downtown Atlanta. The people are friendly. There is a clean laundry facility in the basement. There is a workout room that is in need of improvement. I have lived here for almost 2 years in 2 separate units. The 1st was a 1 bedroom and I have no complaints, beautiful view of the pool everything was good. I moved into a 2 bedroom about a yr ago and its is like night and day. When the person above me walks my entire living room shakes. I've never actually been a resident at this complex, but I live nearby & I have a couple of friends who live there. The units seem to be spacious & well kept & the amenities are nice.
