I am not as happy as the anonymous entry on 6/2/04. There is lots of NOISE from the hundreds of homeless and rejects who walk up and down Renaissance Pkwy NE and Piedmont Road.
I am also always asked for $$$ when walking to Publix or Walgreen's.

The rent here is way too high and there is NO MANAGEMENT on duty.

The apartments themselves are nice, they have been recently updated. The staff isnt really all that friendly but they always do their job and try and put on a fake smile.
