I lived here for a year and have now been in a different building for almost a year. I still shudder every time I drive past 100 Midtown. I wasn't able to get on-campus housing, and I thought that finding 100 Midtown was a great stroke of luck. Nope. Negatives: None of the office staff works efficiently. Whenever I needed them to help me with something, I was always waiting around ...Full review of 100 Midtown

Looking back on my stay there, I had three major problems. One, the noise from 285 was obnoxious. The easy solution of course is to not live on that side. Two, the apartments have a covered entryway and all kinds of bugs and ...Full review of Stonehill Apartments of Sandy Springs

Robbed twice in a row. Mild first. I was told my apartment would have new appliances and hardwood floors. Come movein that was not available. No problem though, they knocked off the pet fee as an apology and I took a carpeted apartment with promises of new appliances... That were never fulfilled but hey. Fine. Now for the bad part. I was broken into twice. The first time, I thought it ...Full review of The Arbors at Berkeley
