Midtown living is new for us, we previously owned a condo in Buckhead and feel we made the right choice moving here. We say everyday how much we love our new home, Thank You more

The location is perfect, a short walk from a ton of Midtown hotspots and a Marta station. The interior of the unit I was staying in was very modern and much nicer than other apartments I've been to in Midtown with a similar price tag. It was a little chilly, so I never got to use the pool, but more

The parts. themselves are charming, and the courtyard is pretty, but the thing that really keeps me here is the neighborhood. it is beautiful and if you have pets, it´s awesome.

Meantime, it would be a great place to rent from one of the current owners. You should look for ads in Creative Loafing, and on Craigslist or other local sites. A 2br will go for about $1000/mo, a 1BR maybe $750. Roommate situations are also popular at 55 Pharr. more

The apartments will be great to live in once they are finished, and the price point is very competitive for Atlanta. Anyone who lives here will get a great bang for their buck! more

Flywheel, Drybar, Whole Foods, Detox, BlueMercury, Lucy's Market, Umi, Chops, King + Duke, Season's 52 and the new Buckhead Atlanta complex with 5-star shopping and dining are all your neighbors. The golf course gives you a beautiful landscape right outside your door. Don't feel like calling a cab for a buckhead happy hour? Hit up the cross creek cafe full-service bar anytime!
