The location of this complex is perfect if you work in Midtown as I do.
Being a guy I love having an attached garage...almost unheard of in Midtown.
My place was like new when I moved in and the appliances are all quality.
My one issue (echoed by other reviewers) was that my initial neighbors were very noisy and the thin walls made for difficult sleeping.
That said, the staff did do their very best to get them to act civilized--they are very professional.
My current neighbors are quite courteous and I'm thinking of putting off buying a condo so I can enjoy it here a bit longer.
If peace and quiet are critical for you, don't get one of the outer units as the streets can be noisy at times.
No place is perfect, but 450 Piedmont is a good one.
