I have lived here almost 2 years and I like the fact that I live in a mini-townhouse with a garage and washer/dryer. It is fine if you never have to go to the leasing office for ANYTHING. The location is good (despite the crackheads on courtland)and the rent isn't that bad for what you get compared to the rest of the immediate neighborhood.
The managment is shoddy and unprofessional. You feel like you are inconveniencing them if you call/ask a question. Customer service is definitely not a priority here.
