I have lived here about four months. From what i have experienced it is a good complex (despite the area homeless people). They are an eye sore but not a problem.Management could've been more promp on my maintenence request, but customer service was good. They weren't quick but they kept me updated.Parking guests isen't easy but that's a problem everywhere i've lived in Atlanta. Overall i'd recomend this property. If your lookin for good location to downtown this one works.
