I have been living at this complex for about 6 months. The homes themselves are very nice however, I have had problems with leaky ceilings that management does not seem to be able to care of. Also, there has been a large pipe bust underneath the parking lot that has caused the water to shut off altogether on many days. Lastly, if your home is on the outside edges of the property the local homeless, bums, and crack dealers will keep you up. On weekends the noise is at its peak with Club Esso patrons joining in on the noise. I like the location, I like the design, I just don't like all the noise.
