Murders, Drug Busts, Home Invasions... This is the way of life at 450 Piedmont, the leasing staff does a damn good job of hiding the dirt under the rug.

450 Piedmont's gate is off Piedmont, a fairly nice street.

The back side of the complex backs to several homeless shelters and soup kitchens, this makes the whole "urrrea" not so safe and very dangerous/transient.

The apartments and townhomes were nice, but POOR upkeep makes them laughable now.

There have been two murders, a home invasion, a major drug bust on site, and several arrests in and around the property for prostitution and drugs.

One of the guys that lives in the complex was busted recently in the guest parking area for a moving violation and having a really nasty girl in the car (probably DUI and soliciting)

This place WAS nice, but it is udder trash now.
