This is by far the most horrible apartment complex I have ever lived in.
The noise coming from the GHETTO neighborhood (homeless shelter right across the street) is LOUD and OBNOXIOUS.
The parking is extremely PATHETIC.
The plumbing is piss-poor.
And the prices are way to high for these nasty---- apartments!!!!!!!

I didn't have a problem with the Ghetto accross the street but the church bells that rang every saturday and sunday for like 2 hours straight we really annoying. And the parking is really bad. 3 spaces max for a 2 bedroom with only 8 visitors spaces for the entire complex. When ever we had guest over they had to park on the street a block over which is not very safe.

Unless you moved here based on an internet search, how can you complain about the noises coming from the bells of a 100 year old church, or the onoxiousness of a shelter for the homeless which is probably keeping them from feeling the need to trespass on your property and possibly frob someone. Complain about the well-publicized drug busts and murder.
