In the past year that I have lived in this complex, I have had nothing but problems. These townhouses are falling apart and when a problem is called in it takes at least a week to even get a response. I would never reccommend for anyone to live here. Also, check out the homeless shelter next door, it is fabulous.

That shelter was there before 2004, when you say you moved in. I know, because I've been avoiding it for years. So, why sign a lease near a place that repulses/ scares you so much...I didn't.
