I really loved this location for the price.
It was in the middle of the city and had a nice modern look.
When we moved in Antonio was amazing at getting everything together.
He was very helpful as was most of the other staff whom I enteracted with.

very very limited guest parking (8 guest spaces for the entire complex of over 100 units)
ghetto outside the fence (soup kitchen accross the street on Courtland side)
church bells ringing very loudly for a long time on Saturday and Sunday (morning and afternoons for what seemed like hours)
Overall I liked this place but didn't renew our lease as my roommate moved and I bought a house.

I agree with most - they seemed to have hired people in the office who you only see if your rent is late. I pay my water bill on the day it's due but the day after I get a threatening letter that if I don't pay my bill they can't take my rent. I always feel insulted by this. I pay a lot to live here and if I don't pay my bill until the day it's due then that's my business. At least I pay it.
