Reader beware!

This place is terrible. The rent, as it has been stated before, is entirely too high for the area. The buildlings are relatively new but the porches that you wish could have a better view (as one side provides a beautiful view of the side of a large building and the other a remarkable view of the vilest our community can provide including a day-motel for tenants that have questionable occupations. I'm not speaking of the homeless folks; I'm speaking of the prostitutes, the drug dealers, and the generally violent marauding the streets outside the gates. If you enjoy cops live "balcony view", move in. Speaking of the gates. They rarely work and my car was broken into as was my roommates. The home invasions by the way are true as is the murder. They hired a rent-a-cop for a month or so then he disappeared. The places are spacious but not worth the pleasantries of the community.
