I cannot wait to move out of this place.
One of my neighbors has parties all night and the other thinks my driveway is the dumpster.
Oh yeah and they both like to park in front of my garage to keep me from going in or out of the apartment.
The management's incompetence knows no bounds.
Do not be fooled by the nice pool area and what seems like a good price.
It is not safe.
It is horribly maintained.
It will make your life a nightmare.

I've had a great experience since I've been here. When my neighbor was playing their music really loud one night, the courtesy officer came out right away and management sent them a follow up letter the very next day. I think management has done a pretty good job. They added speed bumps, remodeled the clubhouse, and got us new fitness equipment. Everytime I deal w/ anyone in the office or maintenance, they've always followed through on anything I asked for.
