The Bottom Line: I will not be staying at 450 Piedmont. The reasons: primarily the same ones others have cited. Too much ghetto music from booming car stereos. A walk that caused me some anxious moments with some less-than-desirable characters in the neighborhood.
Also, a friend recently posted a notice on this website about a bad experiece on the property and was summarily kicked out and left homeless! Even though there was a binding contract, the company weaseled out of it. Not the kind of people I like doing business with.
No, there are far better places to live.
