Ghetto, Ghetto, Ghetto!!!

I agree with the previous comment about this place turning into a ghetto.

The appliances, fixtures, and A/C in the appartments are OLD and break ALOT!!! And management refuses to properly fix or replace anything.

The construction of the appartments is extremely shabby (very thin walls and uneven floors).

Management does a very poor job with screning the residents so there is constant noise from booming cars inside the gates.
