management is horrible.
All smiles at the rental center, but in truth, people are leaving in droves.
When you "Take the tour" notice all the empty apartments.
There is a good reason as to why.Most of midtown apartment complexes are doing great...Why is this one so empty.
This place used to be full up...But now, I wouldnt even stick my mother-in-law here! No kidding!
