ok..place but far from luxury

i have no issue with management. They have always have been friendly to me and i think the real issue is with the slum lord owners. this place is far far far from luxury. i not the one to be a critic but this place is by far the worst place i have lived in. ---- is always breaking down...ALWAYS!. i have more repairs call in 6 months then i have had in my life anywhere else..put together.. the gate always breaks down...the trash compactor is not much of a compactor..rather a big open trash can were people put the trash in for a week ( smells lovely). The Electric bill is outrages. 277 for Aug. thats how much you would pay in a house built in the 1920's.. please do not move here unless you like moving out after a year. be warned.. you can even email me @ aasc77@gmail.com
