I have only been at 450 for a year and unfortunatly I have to move so that I can be closer to my job. 450 is in a prime location; dispite the close proximity to the homeless shelter located in the back of the apt. I never go back there so it doesnt bother me and the gate is always closed so I have never seen a homeless person inside the gates. I feel very safe here, the gates are always closed. The people who live here are very diverse and upper working class. There are not a lot of families with kids here, which I like b/c I dont have any and I dont want to be around a lot of kids. Everyone who lives here has a dog and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The guys in the office are very friendly and professional. They make sure all service needs are taken care of asap. My air conditioner went out and someone came by to fix it on a saturday before the leasing office had even opened. One of the guys in the leasing office even helped me move a piece of furniture in my apt. while still wearing his business casual atttire. I will truly miss 450 and my skyline view.
