450 Piedmont Apartments are supposed to be 'luxury apartments' but are really not, especially for the money you are paying. My lease is ending this month and I am HAPPY. The only plus about living here is the location, but I found an even better location for cheaper and its MUCH nicer. When I first moved in, my AC wasn't working, the handle on one of the doors were broken, and my front door had a gap in it, so bugs freely and easily made their way into my house on the regular. Now that I am moving out my garage door only works when it wants to. If you want guests over, they might as well ride marta or have you pick them up because residents are only allowed one parking space, and visitors parking is located outside of the gate with only about 10 spaces. The noise is terrible! You can hear everything from the homeless people to the buses and police cars any time of the day/night, not to mention the landscapers every other morning at around 8 am. In addition to my AC not working when I first moved in, it has gone out about 3 times since living here, DURING THE SUMMER mind you. So if you are thinking about moving here, think again, you can find a better place to say for cheaper and more 'luxurious' than this place, TRUST ME! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

As a former resident I agree with everything said here. Well said! I am surprised you rated the parking and maintenance as high as you did...
