03/31/09 by anonymous: first off there is a curfew for kids here they cant be from in front of their places after 8:30. the apartments is around the corner from the county prison so yeah you will hear sirens. the roaches, mice and any other rodents are you guys own fault. If you wasnt so nasty you wouldnt have that problem. and if you really wanted something to be repaired you would make sure its done. They have more

01/27/04 by anonymous: I lived here from 8/01-8/02 just as it was transitioning from apt. to condo...you can do better than this place...i can´t believe what they were charging for the condo that used to be my apartment. Very old buildings...from early 1970s...no matter how good the model condo looks...this place ain´t for you...no amenities at all...the only amenity, the pool, is under a bunch of trees and more

04/08/14 by unhappyrenteratl: These apartments suck. They recently placed a notice on my door threatening to proceed wth an eviction if I didn't hurry up and pay a $600 deposit. Mind you, I went without heat for about a month and the property manager was supposed to get back with me after speaking with corporate about lowering my deposit. The end reseult was $100 off. Really? After one month of not having hot water? more

07/25/14 by anonymous: I would rate Columbia Grove a 9 out of 10, I Absolutely Loveeee this place, The property manager Debra makes sure kids are not running around, make sure they are being guided by there parents or they cant be outside by themselves, Where else is the property manager walking around being concerned about the safety of other kids? Not too many property managers even put in the effort to do this. I more

10/16/14 by jlb98387: Apartment hunting is extremely frustrating and most reviews that you will find on the internet are VERY bad or VERY good (skeptics like myself will chalk that up to management/employees saving face) My review however falls somewhere in the middle. I will start with the PROS: Maintenance - My experience with them has been OUTSTANDING. I've had several things happen since I've lived more

05/02/14 by anonymous: I was really excited to move into this apartment. It was close to everything, cute, and had character. The year that I spent there was horrific. My kitchen sink did little more than drip, making it almost impossible to use. It took 8 months to fix and required more than 10 requests to management to get it to where it even worked 1/4 as well as a normal faucet. There were cockroaches more

06/10/14 by cbr14: I'm choosing to be positive about the fact that the complex is under construction. At least the management is maintaining the property and making it a nice place for us to live, even if we have to deal with the inconvenience in the meantime. Once the work is over and the dust clears, this is going to be a great place to live! more

06/15/09 by anonymous: I lived here for three years. I will list pros and cons since I could write a novel in prose. CONS: 1. Next to the soup kitchen. This is obvious. The con to this is the noise in the morning, and sometimes noise at night. By noise, I mean homeless shouting and general milling about. 2. The driveway is shared with the shelter volunteers (who have their own driveway but refuse to use more
